How long do we keep your data?

We only keep the data for the duration of your engagement with FDM Group less the information required by law. Should you choose to not continue your engagement or be unsuccessful in your application we will dispose of your data after twelve months.

During the application process certain parts are automated to help us select potential candidates, to ensure the minimum criteria are met and to streamline our resources. You have the right to object to this automated process, but this will see increased response times regarding your application. If you feel you need to exercise your right to object to automated processing, please let us know either by contacting the Privacy Team or your recruitment representative.

Data transfers outside of New Zealand

FDM Group is a global business, but your personal data is held in New Zealand and the UK and managed in accordance with our privacy strategy, the Privacy Act 2020and The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018).
