CELEBRATING EXTRAORDINARY
ACHIEVEMENT

Your opportunity to acknowledge individual consultants making an outstanding contribution. The FDM Consultant of the Month (COTM) award recognises and celebrates the efforts of those consultants who have gone ‘above and beyond’.

How does it work?

We want to ensure that all consultants who represent FDM are living the core of what we believe as a company, and to show appreciation to those who exemplify FDM’s values.

Who should I nominate?

To be considered by the judging panel, your COTM nominee must demonstrate outstanding performance at representing FDM’s values.

While recognition for day-to-day tasks done well is always welcomed, we’re looking for the consultants who truly step up and go ‘above and beyond’.

FDM’s values

The recognition scheme evaluates consultants’ performance against our values,
the guiding principles that shape
the way we act and behave.

Nomination guidelines

All nominees must have clearly demonstrated commitment to FDM’s values, showing evidence of extraordinary application in one or more categories

Nominations will roll over for a period of three months, giving them multiple chances to win

Consultants can be nominated by multiple clients

Once an individual has won, they will not be considered for 12 months to allow for others to receive recognition for their hard work.
