IBM BPM helps organizations streamline and automate business processes for easier management and improvement.
Our client faced a challenge: lacking an in-house structure to upskill developers, they needed external BPM talent to grow their team. Located in a smaller city with high demand for BPM skills, finding qualified people was difficult and costly. They turned to FDM for a relocation strategy that also aligned with their diversity and inclusion goals.
FDM proposed a cost-effective solution to speed up onboarding. We’d source skilled candidates nationwide, handle initial coaching, and provide specialized BPM upskilling to meet the client’s immediate talent needs. Our recruitment policy aligned with the client’s commitment to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace for long-term success.

FDM hosted a series of interviews with technical consultants from our Software Engineering Practice who had previously completed our 16-week core development program.
Focusing on strong technical aptitude, and positive attitude, with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, the client pre-identified 10 FDM Consultants to be upskilled in a customized program with our team of accredited IBM coaches.
Designed in partnership with IBM, the two-week augmented program included: UNIX, SQL, Java, Spring, with certification in IBM BPM Standard for Foundations, and IBM BPM Advanced for Development.
