Our Pods are key to upskilling our consultants. An FDM Pod refers to a cross-functional team of consultants working collaboratively to develop, test and run a project. Our Pods can include consultants from one or more practices. From day one, they work on practical, outcome-based projects within an Agile Sprint construct.
